		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;d differentiate between the Cloud platforms that are designed for developers like Google, and the platforms that are designed for ordinary people, like Quickbase, and (maybe) Orangescape. The way I see it, there are three major obstacles to adoption of Cloud computing in developing countries: infrastructure, subscription costs, and usability. 

We&#039;re beginning to see more infrastructure: broadband and mobile. QuickBaes especially solves the usability - anyone who can use a spreadsheet can create an app. But cost is still an issue. We need a platform that is easy to use and cheap or free.]]></description>
