The way I see it, there are three major obstacles to adoption of Cloud computing in developing countries: infrastructure, subscription costs, and usability.

We’re beginning to see more infrastructure: broadband and mobile. QuickBaes especially solves the usability – anyone who can use a spreadsheet can create an app. But cost is still an issue. We need a platform that is easy to use and cheap or free.
